Living Wine
This is our tribute to wine history. We make Living Wine with as little technology as possible. Organic grapes are crushed and destemmed manually and we rely on the wild yeast from the vineyard to handle the unusually slow fermentation process. It's unfiltered, unpreserved, and kind of wild!

Made according to the traditional method (aka Champagne), this dry (i.e., Brut) sparkling wine has fine bubbles in high concentration. Notes of lime zest, green apple, and white nectarine.
